Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

Asset Register 360 is free forever for up to 10 assets; no card and no charge unless you choose a paid plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. For annual plans, a pro-rata refund of unused complete months may be considered for cancellations within 14 days of renewal, at our discretion. Statutory taxes already remitted are non-refundable.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify you. Persistent failure moves the account to a read-only state until payment is resolved.
