Service Level Agreement

This SLA applies to paid plans of Asset Register 360.
Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the application, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) and events beyond our reasonable control.
Support
Email support for all paid plans; Pro and Enterprise receive priority response. Enterprise customers may agree a custom response-time commitment.
Backups
Databases are backed up daily with point-in-time recovery on supported infrastructure.
Data export
You can export supported reports to Excel and CSV at any time. Fixed Asset Register PDF and statutory PDF report packs are available. On termination, you may request an export before data is purged per our retention policy.
