Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Asset Register 360 ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate organisation details (PAN/GSTIN/CIN where applicable).

2. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or upload unlawful content. Each organisation's data is isolated.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Data & compliance

You remain the owner of your data. Depreciation computations are tools to assist compliance and do not constitute professional advice; verify figures with a qualified professional.

5. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
